Application Integrations Project Manager

About the role

Join PwC’s Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires as an Application Integrations Project Manager. You will lead the planning, budgeting, execution and delivery of integration projects within the Internal Firm Services practice, ensuring they meet client expectations and strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project‑management initiatives to optimise the portfolio of integration projects.
• Coordinate project selection, prioritisation and resource allocation using Agile and Kanban methods.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, risk identification and mitigation.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, fostering strong relationships across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services.
• Coach and mentor team members, leveraging their strengths to improve performance.
• Promote process improvement and standardisation to increase efficiency.
• Analyse system components to identify linkages and enhance project outcomes.
• Address conflicts and facilitate resolution with clients, team members and other stakeholders.
