Analytics Engineer

About the role

Fever is building a federated data organization that combines centralization and autonomy. As an Analytics Engineer you will bridge data engineering and business analytics, delivering reliable, well‑modeled datasets for self‑service and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain data models using DBT and SQL to transform raw data into trusted datasets.
• Collaborate with data engineering to define and certify business‑critical metrics such as revenue, engagement and marketing performance.
• Work with B2B, Marketing, CRM and Product squads to translate needs into reusable data assets.
• Leverage AI tools like Claude Code to accelerate development cycles.
• Ensure data quality and governance by partnering on testing frameworks and observability.
• Support self‑service analytics through BI tools and custom visualisations.
• Contribute to Airflow pipelines in Python and to the data mesh vision.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science or related field.
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
• Interest in complex business landscapes and data‑driven decision making.

Required skills

• SQL and data modeling (star/snowflake schemas, data vault, etc.).
• DBT or similar transformation frameworks.
• Python programming.
• Airflow (or Dagster, Prefect) orchestration.
• Modern cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
• BI tools (Metabase, Superset, Tableau).
• Understanding of data quality, governance and observability.
