Analista Junior de Contabilidad y Finanzas

About the role

General Motors is looking for a Junior Accounting and Finance Analyst to join its finance team in Vicente López. The role combines financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement in a hybrid work environment (three days onsite per week).

Key responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in accounting processes and data analysis.
• Develop and use financial analysis tools to proactively assess performance and commercial risk.
• Understand group settlement impacts on the income statement and cash flow.
• Communicate financial results and analysis to finance leadership and key business partners.
• Prepare monthly operational review packages and key performance indicator (KPI) reports, tailoring presentation methods to the audience.
• Support ad‑hoc projects and identify growth opportunities such as skill development and training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or a related field (Public Accountant degree is a plus).
• At least 1 year of experience in audit, finance, or accounting.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days onsite) in Vicente López.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Power BI for data visualization.
