About the role

We are looking for a Training Execution Analyst to join the Mercado Envíos team in Buenos Aires. The role focuses on onboarding and up‑skilling staff with no prior experience, ensuring a smooth start and continuous development.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver initial training and ongoing support to new hires across multiple teams.
• Continuously improve training processes based on feedback and experience.
• Work independently while coordinating with other departments to maximize training impact.
• Serve as the go‑to training reference for a specific shift and lead the “Train the Trainers” group.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a tertiary or university program (preferred).
• Own transportation to the Escobar Distribution Center.
• Available to work on‑site in one of the defined shifts (morning, afternoon or night).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience using presentation tools.
• Interest in applying AI solutions to improve productivity.
