AI Evaluation Specialist for Small Business Scenarios

About the role

Gramian Consultancy is seeking Spanish‑speaking professionals with hands‑on experience running or supporting small businesses to join a 10‑week AI evaluation project. You will help assess how modern AI systems handle real‑world SMB situations across customer communication, operations, finance, marketing, and market research.

Key responsibilities

• Create realistic prompts that reflect common small‑business workflows and goals.
• Interact with multiple AI chatbots, reviewing both text and visual outputs.
• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, clarity, usefulness, and business relevance.
• Analyze AI‑generated documents, spreadsheets, PDFs, and images.
• Provide structured comparative feedback, scoring, and detailed evaluation reports.
• Upload supporting business documents (marketing visuals, CRM workflows, budget plans, market analyses) to enrich prompts.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish and comfortable working in English.
• Experience running or supporting a small business (e.g., bakery, salon, retail shop, freelance studio, etc.).
• Ability to work remotely 20‑40 hours per week with at least 4 hours overlap with Pacific Standard Time.
• Willingness to participate in a short interview and upload business‑related documents.
