Affiliate and Partnerships Coordinator

About the role

Decentralized Masters seeks an Affiliate & Partnerships Coordinator to own the day‑to‑day operations of its affiliate and partnership program. This execution‑focused role ensures tracking, compliance, and reporting run smoothly while supporting the Head of Partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage affiliate tracking links and offers in Everflow, ensuring correct attribution.
• Maintain and update creative copy for partner placements, keeping offers and assets current.
• Source and coordinate placements with newsletters, YouTube, podcasts, and other media partners, handling briefings, tracking links, and launch schedules.
• Conduct compliance checks on partner copy and placements before they go live.
• Produce detailed weekly performance reports, highlighting successes, issues, and attribution gaps.
• Analyze performance data (spend, ROAS, CPA, conversion) to flag issues, opportunities, and anomalies.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience running partnerships, preferably with affiliate or influencer programs.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance and attribution data.
• High attention to detail, especially regarding compliance and reporting.
• Excellent written communication for managing and editing partner copy.
• Organized and reliable, able to own recurring workflows without hand‑holding.

Required skills

• Everflow (or comparable affiliate tracking platform).
• HubSpot, Hyros, or Snowflake (experience preferred).
