About the role

Join SAP’s global People & Culture HRdirect team as a Service Associate, the first point of contact for employees seeking HR assistance. This hybrid role (3 days onsite) offers the chance to develop HR expertise while working with modern digital tools.

Key responsibilities

• Answer HR questions via ticketing system, email, chat, and phone.
• Research information and keep the Knowledge Database up to date by collaborating with internal stakeholders.
• Resolve low‑to‑medium complexity issues with growing independence.
• Learn and use HR systems, content management, automation tools, AI features, and more.
• Suggest improvements that simplify and enhance the employee experience.

Required profile

• Strong Spanish and/or Portuguese and English communication skills.
• Experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Interest in HR, technology, and digital tools.
• Motivation to build a long‑term HR career and enjoy helping others.
• Responsible, detail‑oriented, curious, open‑minded, and positive.
