Accounts Receivable Specialist – Argentina or Mexico

About the role

Join SAMY as an Accounts Receivable Specialist supporting the United States and Mexico operations. You will ensure accurate invoicing, timely collections, and smooth cash recovery while collaborating with internal teams and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Issue invoices for US and Mexico operations.
• Monitor billing cycles and track outstanding invoices.
• Manage collections and follow up with clients.
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Apply and reconcile payments, perform bank reconciliations.
• Prepare AR reports and identify process improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Solid command of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience working with NetSuite.
• Knowledge of tax and invoicing requirements in the United States and Mexico.
• Background in multinational companies, marketing agencies, or service‑based organizations.
