Accounting Analyst with French

About the role

EY is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Accounting Analyst with French language skills to join its ACR France team at the Global Delivery Center in Buenos Aires. The role suits someone with an accounting background who wants to use French in an international and multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• General bookkeeping
• Monthly, quarterly and annual accounting closing processes and account reconciliations
• Overview of monthly tax account reconciliations
• Detect, analyze and escalate potential issues in accounting processes
• Maintain a fluent communication process with external finance and accounting partners
• Take part in projects and transitions, and contribute to process improvement initiatives, including gathering, designing and documenting migrated processes
• Internal controls and reporting, and preparation of local financial statements
• Direct communication with foreign offices and global coordination

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an accounting department, within an industry or multinational company (desirable)
• Bachelor's degree or advanced studies in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field
• Advanced English, spoken and written (mandatory)
• Intermediate or higher French, spoken and written (mandatory); French is used daily with the France team
• Service mindset, strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, solution-oriented, resilient, proactive and hands-on
