Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to own client onboarding, delivery cadence, and cross‑functional coordination. You will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring on‑time, on‑scope work and measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for clients, building strong relationships and conducting regular performance reviews.
• Lead onboarding by gathering requirements, setting expectations, and coordinating internal teams for smooth campaign launches.
• Provide strategic guidance based on client goals and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with performance marketers, designers, copywriters, and analysts to execute campaigns.
• Deliver transparent performance reporting with insights and optimization recommendations.
• Manage deliverables to meet timelines and budget constraints.

Required profile

• 5+ years of account management or client services experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex ideas to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of handling multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Proven track record of driving client satisfaction and retention.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.

Required skills

• Performance marketing expertise.
• Experience with Meta Ads platforms.
• Familiarity with Google Ads (a plus).
