About the role

Near is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end‑to‑end recruitment, build strong client and candidate relationships, and use diverse sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals.

Key responsibilities

Conduct kick‑off meetings with clients, align recruitment strategies, and manage communications throughout the hiring process.
Source candidates through proactive outreach, database management, conduct interviews, and guide offers to closure.
Meet recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire, fulfillment rate, and conversion rate.

Required profile

2+ years of end‑to‑end recruiting experience, preferably in an agency setting.
Strong client and stakeholder management skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Remote work experience and excellent English communication skills.
