Sr Compensation Analyst

About the role

The Senior Compensation Analyst will support Assurant's Global Compensation team by delivering data‑driven insights and compensation solutions that help attract, retain, and reward talent across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct compensation analyses, job evaluations, market pricing and benchmarking to maintain competitive practices.
• Support annual compensation programs, including salary planning processes and related reporting.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to provide compensation guidance and consultation.
• Prepare analyses, presentations, and reports for leadership and executive audiences.
• Contribute to compensation transformation initiatives, process improvement, pay equity and pay transparency programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a dynamic environment.
