About the role
Near is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end‑to‑end recruitment, build strong client and candidate relationships, and use diverse sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct kick‑off meetings with clients, align recruitment strategies, and manage communications throughout the hiring process.
- Source candidates through proactive outreach, database management, conduct interviews, and guide offers to closure.
- Meet recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire, fulfillment rate, and conversion rate.
Required profile
- 2+ years of end‑to‑end recruiting experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Remote work experience and excellent English communication skills.
