Senior Compensation Analyst

About the role

The Senior Compensation Analyst will join Assurant's Global Compensation team, providing data‑driven insights and solutions that help attract, retain and reward talent across the organization. Working in a hybrid model from Argentina, the role partners with HR and business leaders to shape equitable and competitive pay practices.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct compensation analyses, job evaluations, market pricing and benchmarking to support talent and business decisions.
• Support annual compensation programs, including salary planning processes, reporting and presentations for leadership.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to provide compensation guidance, consult on pay equity and transparency initiatives, and contribute to transformation projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in compensation, total rewards or a related field.
• Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a dynamic environment.
