Haitian Creole Language Specialist – AI Trainer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Haitian Creole language specialist to help train large‑scale AI models. Working remotely, you will interact directly with the model, ensuring it captures the phonetics, grammar, vocabulary, and cultural nuances of Haitian Creole.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in conversational sessions with the AI across diverse topics in Haitian Creole.
• Validate linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and tone adaptation.
• Document error traces and failure modes for model improvement.
• Provide feedback to refine prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

Required profile

• Degree in Linguistics, Translation, Haitian Creole Language, Literature, or a related field (preferred).
• Professional experience in teaching, translation, localization, or editorial work.
• Strong metacognitive communication skills – ability to “show your work”.
