Power Automate Developer (Full‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a Power Automate Developer to design, build, and maintain automation workflows for a commercial banking client. The role involves translating business needs into efficient cloud, desktop, and scheduled flows while collaborating directly with non‑technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Microsoft Power Automate workflows (cloud, desktop, scheduled).
• Gather requirements from business users and convert them into automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimise existing flows for performance and reliability.
• Integrate Power Automate with Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
• Connect to third‑party systems using APIs or HTTP connectors.
• Document workflows clearly for future maintenance.
• Identify manual processes suitable for automation and propose solutions.
• Adhere to IT governance, security, and data handling standards.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
• Experience building both cloud flows and desktop (RPA) flows.
• Understanding of connectors, expressions, conditions, and API integration.
• Good grasp of data structures and information flow between systems.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with non‑technical stakeholders.
