API Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a paid remote AI training program. You will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate its quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the performance of our AI models. The work is fully asynchronous and flexible, making it ideal for engineers looking for project‑based remote opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
• Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid, senior).
• Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, or Rust.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Background in full‑stack, backend, frontend, mobile, or any engineering discipline.
