Web Designer & Developer

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Web Designer & Developer to join our Digital Marketing team. The role involves creating, maintaining and continuously improving client and internal websites with a focus on performance, SEO and user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive WordPress sites using Elementor (no/low‑code).
• Translate business goals and wireframes into visually appealing web solutions.
• Perform ongoing website maintenance, including updates, audits, bug fixes and plugin cleanup.
• Optimize site performance, usability and conversion rates.
• Ensure security and keep websites up to date.
• Implement basic on‑page SEO, metadata and speed improvements.
• Monitor page load times and technical performance.
• Provide continuous client support after delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams on long‑term projects and internal brand sites.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in web design and/or development.
• Strong experience with WordPress and Elementor.
• Hybrid skill set comfortable with both design and low‑code development.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO or a strong interest in developing it.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
• Experience using Figma (Adobe Suite a plus).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
