Video & Motion Designer

About the role

As a Multimedia Designer in our agency, you will create best‑in‑class video and audio content for four business divisions and the corporate brand. You will work closely with Creative Directors, producers, designers, and writers to develop innovative concepts for standalone projects and multi‑channel marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic creative solutions that push brand boundaries.
• Manage the full creative lifecycle: concepting, storyboarding, editing, and animating cross‑channel video content.
• Collaborate across the organization to deliver cohesive video and audio, rapidly iterating on feedback.
• Apply motion‑design fundamentals to turn complex topics into compelling visual stories.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, technology, and best practices in video, broadcast TV, audio, production, and studio management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in video editing, motion design, graphic design, and advertising.
• Fluency in English with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Portfolio showcasing diverse video and audio content for marketing.
• Experience in video production for live broadcasts and pre‑recorded content.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time‑management abilities with high attention to detail.
