Graphic Design Production Artist

About the role

You will translate client visions into high‑quality, impactful deliverables while troubleshooting any production issues. The role sits within Boldsky Creative Studio, supporting multiple Syneos Health agencies as a core mid‑level graphic designer and production artist.

Key responsibilities

• Layout files, make prescribed edits, and prepare print files per vendor specifications.
• Develop scientific figure redraws using Adobe Illustrator for medical communication materials.
• Create production‑ready files for print and digital, ensuring brand standards and print quality.
• Collaborate with art directors, designers, account and creative services teams.
• Maintain server structure, guide file organization, and support onboarding for studio processes.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of graphic design experience, preferably in an agency or studio environment.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to give clear direction.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Cloud – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat.
• Experience with Sketch and/or Figma.
• Knowledge of PowerPoint, animation, digital/video tools.
• Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) systems.
