Video Editor – Performance Creative (E-commerce)

About the role

We are seeking a creative, results‑driven Video Editor to produce high‑volume video ads for a US‑based e‑commerce brand specializing in furniture and home décor. The role is fully remote and focuses on crafting conversion‑focused content for Meta platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Produce approximately 20 video creatives per day for Meta Ads campaigns.
• Edit and adapt video content, creating multiple variations to test different angles, messaging, hooks, and calls to action.
• Develop conversion‑focused ads that highlight product benefits and purchase motivations.
• Analyze creative performance to identify top‑performing assets and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate directly with the US‑based team to align with business objectives and creative guidelines.
• Gradually propose new advertising ideas based on performance data and audience behavior.

Required profile

• Previous experience in video editing, preferably for e‑commerce advertising.
• Experience creating ads for Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
• Understanding of performance marketing principles and conversion‑focused content.
• Ability to produce a high volume of assets while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Advanced English proficiency and strong self‑motivation for remote work.
