Art Director

About the role

Rehire is seeking an Art Director to join a global leader’s in‑house creative agency in Buenos Aires. The role blends strategic ideation with hands‑on design, shaping B2B and financial marketing campaigns across digital, social, web, video, print and experiential channels.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse briefs, uncover business challenges and define strategic opportunities.
• Co‑create big‑idea campaign concepts with copywriters and multidisciplinary teams.
• Set visual direction, including art direction, imagery, typography, motion and brand touchpoints.
• Build integrated visual systems that work seamlessly across all marketing channels.
• Direct and execute high‑quality creative output, ensuring cohesive storytelling.
• Present concepts to Creative Directors, marketing partners and global stakeholders.
• Incorporate feedback quickly while maintaining visual quality.
• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to accelerate creative exploration.
• Manage multiple projects under tight timelines with strong attention to detail.

Required profile

• 2‑4+ years of experience as an Art Director in an agency or corporate in‑house team.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and integrated B2B/financial campaigns (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Art Direction, Graphic Design, Advertising or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced written and spoken English for global collaboration.
• Direct experience in Financial Services, Fintech or B2B marketing.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Design/prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch.
• Motion graphics and video editing software (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• AI‑powered design tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI).
• Collaboration platforms (Asana, Monday.com, Slack).
