Vice President, Foreign Exchange Product Manager – LATAM

About the role

You will lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of foreign‑exchange products for the Latin America market, acting as the voice of the customer and ensuring each offering delivers measurable value. This senior position partners with cross‑functional teams to launch innovative solutions that meet high standards of scalability, resiliency, and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate a product strategy and vision aligned with customer needs and business goals.
• Conduct discovery, market research, and customer interviews to shape the product roadmap.
• Maintain and prioritize a product backlog that supports strategic initiatives.
• Track key success metrics such as cost, feature set, risk posture, and reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering, risk, compliance, and go‑to‑market teams to ensure successful launches and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience or equivalent expertise in a related domain.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design principles, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management activities.
• Experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization is preferred.
• Spanish and/or Portuguese language proficiency is a plus.
