Senior Consultant - OneStream Platform

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant to lead OneStream implementation and support for our clients. The role combines deep financial performance‑management knowledge with hands‑on configuration of a leading enterprise platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of OneStream, including data integration, workflow setup and reporting configuration.
• Collaborate with clients to gather complex business requirements and design tailored solutions.
• Oversee system testing, user acceptance testing and deployment activities.
• Provide advanced support, troubleshoot system errors and guide configuration changes.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Develop training materials, user guides and conduct training sessions for end‑users.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in budgeting, planning, consolidation and financial reporting processes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Apps.

Required skills

• OneStream platform expertise.
• Knowledge of Hyperion or similar FP‑M platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.

• SQL and data‑integration concepts.
• Scripting languages such as VBScript or Python.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (PeopleSoft, SAP).
