UGC Manager (Remote, EST Hours)

About the role

A fully remote, full-time UGC Manager is sought to own creator campaigns end-to-end, from sourcing and communication to final delivery, keeping everything on time and aligned with the brief. The role works closely with the creative team on content direction and with project managers on timelines, and supports and guides UGC Coordinators by delegating tasks and stepping in when needed. EST working hours overlap is required.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of UGC campaigns for key accounts, from creator sourcing to final delivery
• Identify, vet and secure creators based on campaign needs and brand fit
• Manage all creator communication, including outreach, follow-ups and issue resolution
• Ensure creators deliver content on time and according to the brief
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery
• Manage UGC Coordinators to ensure high-quality execution and strong campaign outcomes
• Keep internal systems clean and up to date
• Oversee creator payments and agreements to ensure accuracy and completion

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience owning UGC or influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end
• Solid understanding of UGC best practices and creator content
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication
• Organized, able to handle multiple tasks and campaigns in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy, proactive and able to work independently
• Available to work during EST business hours

Required skills

• ClickUp or a similar project management tool
• Plus: familiarity with Airtable, Frame.io, Mailshake and Smartlead is an added plus
