Communications Intern

About the role

Pfizer's Global Business Services division is looking for a Communications Intern to support its Internal Communications team. The intern helps create, edit and optimise visual assets and digital content so colleagues engage more with internal initiatives, contributing to communications that are strategic, engaging and aligned with business goals. The position is on-premise.

Key responsibilities

• Support the visual editing and development of internal communication materials, including banners, presentations, email communications, Viva Engage content and other assets.
• Create and edit short videos, reels and audiovisual content for internal campaigns, events and corporate communications.
• Support and manage the logistics of town halls and business meetings.
• Ensure visual consistency and alignment with Pfizer brand guidelines across all communication materials.
• Propose creative ideas to improve the visualisation, clarity and engagement of communications.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Multimedia / Audiovisual Design, Human Resources or another related field.
• Creativity, strong attention to detail, proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to adapt to guidelines and work simultaneously with different countries and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar.
• Video editing tools such as Premiere, CapCut, After Effects or similar.
• Creating engaging presentations, audio editing and video subtitling.
