Trial Committee Specialist – Study Coordinators (Buenos Aires)

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Trial Committee Specialist to support the establishment and operation of clinical trial committees for studies based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The role will work closely with study coordinators, investigators and external experts to ensure committee activities are compliant and efficiently managed.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential committee members, collect required documentation (NDAs, CVs) and conduct initial assessments such as debarment checks and conflict‑of‑interest attestations.
• Negotiate, execute and track contractual agreements with committee members.
• Receive, submit and reconcile member invoices against project budgets.
• Schedule and attend committee meetings, prepare agendas, minutes and distribute meeting materials.
• Distribute safety listings, expedited safety reports, protocols and other trial documents for review.
• Review clinical event documentation to ensure completeness, proper redaction of PHI and identification of any unreported endpoints requiring adjudication.

Required profile

• Experience in clinical trial operations or study coordination, preferably with exposure to committee management.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, conflict‑of‑interest and de‑barment processes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
