Territory Manager – Buenos Aires (Northwest Region)

About the role

As the first Territory Manager in Argentina, you will drive business growth and ensure customer success across the Northwest region of Buenos Aires. You will act as Halter’s on‑the‑ground representative, executing sales strategies, building relationships and meeting ambitious growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new leads, manage the full sales pipeline and close contracts.
• Maintain post‑sale relationships, support customers, and ensure smooth onboarding and deployment of Halter’s virtual‑fencing technology.
• Travel frequently throughout the territory to engage with customers and gather field feedback.
• Collaborate with product, support and regional sales teams to relay insights and drive product improvements.
• Develop deep relationships with regional agricultural groups and the beef industry.

Required profile

• Proven value‑based sales experience with a track record of creating opportunities, closing deals and upselling.
• Strong understanding of beef operations or a passionate willingness to learn the industry quickly.
• High‑energy attitude, able to thrive under pressure, own results and make teammates better.
• Critical thinking for managing a large territory with balanced focus on sales and customer success.
• Resourceful problem‑solver who collaborates well across functions.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
