Customer Support Specialist – AgTech

About the role

As a Customer Support Specialist you will be the first point of contact for ranchers in South America, helping to establish Halter’s presence across Argentina, Uruguay and Brazil. You will work closely with field, onboarding and product teams to ensure a seamless experience for producers who care deeply about their land, animals and livelihoods.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with ranchers via chat and phone, troubleshoot issues and provide fast resolutions.
• Analyze support data, identify patterns and propose improvements to enhance the customer experience.
• Own the support process from start to finish, following up and keeping customers informed.
• Regularly visit ranches to see Halter technology in action and gather real‑world insights.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in customer‑facing roles.
• Full professional fluency in Spanish and English.
• Strong understanding of the ranching or livestock industry, especially extensive grazing systems.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, take ownership and work proactively.

Required skills

• Experience with Intercom or similar customer support platforms.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems.
