Territory Manager – Buenos Aires (East Region)

About the role

Halter is looking for its first Territory Manager in Argentina to drive growth of its virtual‑fencing technology across the eastern Buenos Aires region. You will act as the on‑the‑ground representative, building relationships with beef producers, expanding the customer base and ensuring long‑term satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new leads through outreach, referrals, industry events and inbound queries, managing the full sales pipeline from lead generation to contract signing.
• Achieve high‑growth sales targets by qualifying prospects, demonstrating the product, negotiating terms and closing deals.
• Maintain post‑sale relationships, supporting customers through onboarding, deployment and ongoing value‑building activities.
• Gather field feedback and relay insights to Product, Support and R&D teams to drive product improvements.
• Travel frequently throughout the designated territory (Chascomús, Dolores, Ayacucho, Tandil, Balcarce, Mar del Plata and surrounding areas) to meet customers and prospects.

Required profile

• Proven value‑based sales experience with a track record of creating opportunities, closing deals and upselling to deepen partnerships.
• Strong understanding of beef operations or a genuine passion for learning the industry quickly.
• Entrepreneurial attitude, high ownership of territory, and ability to thrive under pressure.
• Excellent problem‑solving and collaboration skills, able to work with cross‑functional teams.
