Technology Support III

About the role

The Technology Support III role is responsible for overseeing production and UAT environments, ensuring they remain highly available, resilient, and secure. You will work closely with development, engineering, and business teams to resolve incidents, improve processes, and support cloud‑native infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end production and UAT environments, guaranteeing performance, reliability and security.
• Monitor environments using observability tools, detect anomalies, and drive continuous improvement.
• Escalate and communicate incidents to stakeholders, leading resolution from detection to service restoration.
• Drive incident, problem and change management for full‑stack technology systems.
• Design, deploy and optimise AWS‑based infrastructure for scalability and resilience.
• Investigate and resolve data‑related incidents, including quality, performance and connectivity issues.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot complex data pipelines and system anomalies.
• Interface with business users, traders and analysts to understand data requirements and optimise data feeds.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience troubleshooting and maintaining IT services in large‑scale environments.
• Strong understanding of web technologies such as Apache and NGINX.
• Experience with ITIL processes and large‑scale on‑premise and public‑cloud operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux operating systems and shell scripting.
