Technical Sourcer – Remote (Argentina)

About the role

Kelly is looking for a proactive Technical Sourcer to join its Talent Acquisition team remotely from Argentina. You will partner with recruiters and client stakeholders to build pipelines of high‑quality technical talent for cutting‑edge domains such as Digital, Autonomy, Robotics, AI, Machining, and Embedded Software.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute sourcing strategies that attract passive candidates across advanced technology functions.
• Identify, engage, and nurture talent through direct outreach, market mapping, and networking on platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines aligned with current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to refine role requirements and adjust sourcing tactics based on market feedback.
• Provide market insights, candidate availability data, and sourcing recommendations to support hiring decisions.
• Track sourcing activity, pipeline health, and candidate engagement to meet recruiting metrics.
• Deliver a professional candidate experience and contribute to long‑term talent communities.

Required profile

• Proven experience sourcing technical talent in fields such as Digital, Robotics, AI, Machining, or Embedded Software.
• Ability to locate and engage passive candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
• Experience in a fast‑paced environment handling multiple roles and stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and a data‑driven mindset.
• Attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through.
• RPO experience is a plus.
