Technical Recruiter – Senior (Distribution)

About the role

Join Salesforce's high‑performing recruiting team as a Senior Technical Recruiter focused on the Distribution business. You will own the full hiring cycle, partner strategically with hiring managers, and help build lasting candidate relationships across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruiting for Distribution roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Build and maintain proactive pipelines of exceptional candidates for current and future needs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market intelligence and influencing hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Compensation, Employee Success, sourcing specialists, and recruiting coordinators to ensure a compliant, efficient hiring process.
• Contribute to team recruiting strategy, pipeline health reviews, and global talent intelligence initiatives.
• Identify and improve broken processes to enhance candidate experience.

Required profile

• 6+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably for sales or distribution roles.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• Proven ability to influence senior hiring managers and executives.
• Strong track record in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience building relationships with top‑tier talent and key stakeholders.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
