Technical Recruiter (Remote, Independent Contractor)

About the role

We are looking for a high‑caliber Technical Recruiter to join Huzzle’s fast‑paced, fully remote team. As an independent contractor you will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, sourcing and placing top‑tier engineering, IT infrastructure and SAP talent for high‑growth international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle from kickoff to offer negotiation and closure.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates using advanced sourcing, networking and headhunting techniques.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define specialised candidate profiles and technical requirements.
• Conduct rigorous technical screenings to evaluate hard skills and cultural fit.
• Represent Huzzle’s brand, delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Monitor market trends and salary benchmarks within software engineering, IT infrastructure and SAP sectors.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of technical recruitment experience (senior level) or 3 years at a mid‑level.
• Proven track record hiring across software engineering (frontend, backend, full‑stack), IT infrastructure or ERP systems such as SAP.
• Deep understanding of technical stacks, frameworks and engineering role nuances.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑influence abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a results‑driven, high‑growth environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with modern ATS platforms.
• Expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter and unconventional sourcing tools.
• Familiarity with SAP ecosystems and related talent pools.
