Technical Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

Nortal is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead business‑critical initiatives across its product development organization. You will work with cross‑functional teams, translate product requirements into technical plans, and ensure successful delivery of software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end program planning and execution across multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leads to define milestones, track progress, and manage dependencies.
• Identify and remove impediments, mitigate risks, and maintain clear communication channels.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications that guide design, development, and deployment.
• Support strategic cross‑functional planning, discovery, and prioritisation activities.

Required profile

• Strong self‑starter able to work independently and thrive in ambiguous environments.
• Proven ability to analyse business data and technical trade‑offs to set clear direction.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating multi‑team projects and handling competing priorities.
