Talent Sourcing Recruiter

About the role

ICON plc is seeking a Talent Sourcing Recruiter to build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical positions across its healthcare intelligence and clinical research business in Argentina. You will proactively identify, engage and assess candidates, supporting the company’s growth and strategic hiring goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Leverage job boards, social media, professional networks and talent databases to source potential candidates.
• Conduct initial outreach, screening and engagement to evaluate candidate fit and interest.
• Collaborate with Recruiters and HR Business Partners to understand role requirements and market dynamics.
• Maintain accurate talent pipelines and update sourcing activity in the applicant tracking system.
• Provide market insights and sourcing best‑practice recommendations to hiring teams and the broader Talent Acquisition function.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in recruiting or talent sourcing, preferably within life sciences, healthcare or technical disciplines.
• Strong research, networking and candidate engagement abilities.
• Highly organized, data‑driven and able to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously.
• Proactive, resilient and passionate about connecting top talent with meaningful opportunities.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
