Talent Services Talent Coordinator

About the role

The Talent Team Coordinator (TTC) is an HR administrative professional who partners with Talent Consultants to coordinate HR-related tasks across the employee life cycle. This is a backfill position supporting the Americas Talent Team (ATT) within EY's Talent Services.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage technology, facilitate communication and coordinate the administration of multiple HR processes.
• Interface with employees and handle initial employee inquiries and responses.
• Escalate issues as appropriate to a senior member of the ATT.
• Process and enter transactions into SuccessFactors.
• Coordinate HR processes such as performance management, promotions, variable pay, orientation, people surveys, upward feedback and separation.
• Provide reports and gather data for HR projects and initiatives, sharing them with the Talent Team or other HR groups as requested.
• Assist in communication between clients and other HR team members, and handle special projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of firm policies, procedures and databases.
• Ability to collect and interpret information to improve client service.
• Exceptional customer service and strong verbal, written, presentation and listening communication skills.
• Flexibility, initiative, strong teamwork and ability to work independently; consults the supervisor outside the normal scope.
• Willingness to travel and join firm-initiated networks.
• Ideally an associate degree or higher and 3-5 years of HR or technology reporting experience.
