Talent Discovery Recruiter (Senior Associate)

About the role

EY's Talent Attraction & Acquisition (TA2) team provides the talent needed for its clients. As a Talent Discovery Recruiter (TDR) Senior Associate, you will source high-quality candidates from internal and external sources, review active applicants on open requisitions and analyse recruiting data against defined service level agreements (SLAs). You will use basic sourcing strategies and tools to find qualified contractor and full-time talent, then turn it over to Talent Attraction Recruiters after minimal screening. The role sits in a team of sourcing analysts and works closely with the Lead TA Recruiter and the TA recruiters to build candidate pipelines, share market intelligence and use recruitment analytics to speed time to market. It can support Experienced, Early Careers or Executive recruiting.

Key responsibilities

• Use job boards and other sourcing tools to identify and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Manage internal referrals, forwarding qualified candidates to the Talent Attraction Lead.
• Oversee the rehire eligibility process with the internal team.
• Use market intelligence tools to share insights on talent trends, competitors and industry standards.
• Manage external job postings on job boards and social media accurately and on time.
• Deliver sourced candidate profiles to the Talent Attraction team within 24-48 hours (SLA).
• Maintain professional communication with candidates, including dispositioning them when necessary.
• Use AI tools for candidate sourcing, screening and matching.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in a recruiting or recruiting-related role, with an aptitude for IT and technology roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
• Ability to work independently, autonomously and remotely, with little day-to-day oversight, and to manage candidates across time zones.
• Strong interpersonal skills, organisational awareness and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools is a plus.
• Aptitude for networking and using social media to grow candidate pipelines.
• Willingness to learn AI-driven recruitment tools.
