Talent Discovery Recruiter for Global Delivery Services

About the role

The Talent Discovery Recruiter (TDR) is a key member of the Talent Attraction & Acquisition team, responsible for sourcing high‑quality candidates for EY Global Delivery Services. You will work closely with Lead TA Recruiters and other sourcing analysts to build robust pipelines and deliver talent quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage job boards, social media and AI tools to identify and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Manage internal referrals, re‑hire eligibility, and external job postings while meeting SLA targets of 24‑48 hours.
• Provide market intelligence on talent trends, competitor activity and industry standards.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates and coordinate with Talent Attraction leads.

Required profile

• 2+ years of recruiting or related experience with an understanding of IT/technology roles.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Highly self‑motivated, able to work independently and remotely.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage sensitive relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
• Willingness to learn and apply AI‑driven sourcing and screening platforms.
