Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

Blockchain.com is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for its Buenos Aires office. You will own the candidate experience from first contact through onboarding while supporting hiring managers and building talent pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure a world‑class candidate experience from initial touchpoint to onboarding.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including scheduling, interview support, skill evaluation, and feedback.
• Support onboarding activities to guarantee a smooth start for new hires.
• Act as the primary point of contact for hiring managers across the organization.
• Create clear, compelling job descriptions that market each opportunity.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry associations, universities, meetups, and events.
• Maintain accurate data and workflows in the Greenhouse ATS.

Required profile

• Integrity as the foremost quality.
• Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruiting or HR coordination.
• Advanced English (written and spoken) for global communication.
• Strong organizational skills with proven prioritization and follow‑through.
• Self‑motivated, urgent, and collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with an ATS, preferably Greenhouse.
