Talent Consultant - Supervising Associate

About the role

EY's Talent team supports its clients by providing people-driven HR services, and this Supervising Associate role sits at the heart of that work. You will partner with a diverse team of professionals, develop relationships with leaders and help shape talent programs and employee relations guidance in line with the business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate human resources activities for a specific population
• Implement, execute and influence HR programs such as performance management, compensation and career development
• Address and resolve employee inquiries and advise business leaders
• Collect and analyze staffing, headcount, budget and compensation data to spot trends and recommend actions

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Five-plus years of relevant experience
• Proven ability to manage a diverse portfolio of projects
• Strong command of English, written and spoken
• Cross-border working knowledge
• Knowledge of financial services (banking, capital markets, insurance and/or wealth management)
• Ideally: SHRM certification and experience in professional services or a complex matrixed environment

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to influence leaders around new programs and change
