Talent Acquisition Specialist II

About the role

Syneos Health, a fully integrated life sciences services organization, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist II in Buenos Aires on a hybrid basis. The specialist works with Talent Acquisition to build a diverse talent pool for several business units and acts as a strategic partner to hiring managers, covering the full recruiting cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Build a deep and diverse talent pool to meet resourcing needs across business units.
• Work with hiring managers to define hiring plans, market insights and talent needs, and keep them updated on the hiring process.
• Sourcing through ATS, candidate relationship management systems, job boards, advertising, networking and employee referrals, and suggest improvements to sourcing methods.
• Manage the full recruiting process: initial screening, preparing candidate profiles, submitting shortlisted candidates, conducting debrief sessions and extending verbal offers.
• Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System and keep open communication with hiring managers and HR.
• Create HR collateral and attend trade shows, professional meetings and career fairs; train and coach other Talent Acquisition Specialists.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or recruiter in a corporate or agency environment.
• Proven track record in direct sourcing and end-to-end recruiting, with creative techniques and result measurement.
• Demonstrated leadership, business acumen, negotiation and partnership skills, and strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Preferred: full-cycle recruiting experience in a CRO or pharmaceutical setting, Workday experience and CRM experience.
