Talent Acquisition Specialist – Argentina, Uruguay & Paraguay

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with managers and teams to attract and retain high‑quality talent across Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay. Based in Buenos Aires, the role follows a hybrid work model and supports recruitment activities throughout the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support end‑to‑end talent acquisition activities for Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay.
• Demonstrate recruitment best practices and drive recruitment initiatives.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to develop effective marketplace recruitment strategies.
• Screen talent pools to assess experience, knowledge, fit, reward expectations and work authorization.
• Create and maintain searches to build a talent pipeline.
• Identify target industries, companies, professional associations and educational institutions for proactive sourcing.
• Implement sourcing strategies using online databases, employee referrals, internal databases, associate networks and other techniques.
• Coordinate with other Talent Acquisition team members to create efficiencies and collaborate on talent opportunities.
• Develop internal and external networks to support passive sourcing.
• Provide insights, recommendations and reporting on sourcing and recruiting metrics.
• Coach and mentor other Talent Acquisition Specialists and assistants.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience.
• Advanced level of English.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday.
• Experience with Phenom ATS.
