About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Manager you will shape and lead Worldwide’s global recruitment strategy, ensuring the organization attracts and hires exceptional talent while delivering a consistent, high‑quality candidate experience across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve Worldwide's global recruitment strategy and end‑to‑end hiring processes.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of recruiting professionals to deliver high‑quality hiring outcomes.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to anticipate and meet talent acquisition needs.
• Analyze recruitment data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Oversee recruitment systems, processes, and external partners to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required profile

• 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with at least 2 years leading recruiters.
• Proven ability to motivate, develop, and coach teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Business acumen, confidentiality, and proficiency in English.
