Strategy Consultant – AI Training & Evaluation (Remote)

About the role

We are building a Management Consulting domain that translates real-world consulting engagements into structured learning environments for advanced AI systems. As a Strategy Consultant you will design realistic consulting project scenarios and evaluation frameworks that enable AI agents to learn high‑level business reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed, industry‑specific project scenarios that reflect real engagement dynamics, including financials, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Break projects into discrete, structured tasks such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, and operational diagnosis.
• Develop grading rubrics, evaluation criteria, and golden‑answer solutions to train and calibrate an LLM‑based grading system.
• Collaborate remotely with a team of former top‑tier consultants to ensure authenticity and rigor of the learning content.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at a top‑tier strategy firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, Strategy&).
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, build financial models or market analyses, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.
