Strategic Initiatives Manager, Next Frontier (Assistant Director)

About the role

EY's Next Frontier portfolio, part of its GDS Enablement Services business, is looking for a Strategic Initiatives Manager (Assistant Director, rank 63) in Buenos Aires. The role supports the execution of key strategic initiatives for the Next Frontier portfolio, working closely with the Global Next Frontier Tech/AI Leader and the Operations Lead to drive initiatives in an entrepreneurial fashion at the seed stage.

Key responsibilities

• Translate executive guidance into actionable plans and drive follow-through across stakeholders to closure.
• Launch new programs such as a Cyber Frontier initiative by coordinating budgets, setting up resources and getting the program off the ground.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in technology-related environments.
• Experience supporting senior leadership in complex initiatives.
• Experience working in global, matrixed delivery environments.
• Flexibility to cover US West Coast work timings (PST).
