Data Analyst

About the role

A new Data Analyst position at Client Accelerators, an advertising agency, working directly with the CEO and other executives. The role turns raw data into objective insights that support day-to-day decisions and revenue growth, and suits someone who wants operational exposure and strategic thinking.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyze and interpret large datasets from Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing and Creative to drive decisions and strategy.
• Design reports tracking financial and operational metrics, and turn analysis results into clear presentation-quality materials.
• Provide business modeling and pro forma analysis, and recommend solutions to the CEO and leadership.
• Report regularly on sales and marketing metrics, including HubSpot analytics, and run exploratory analyses for customers.
• Assist with revenue forecasting, financial planning and resource allocation, and support client reporting with KPIs and campaign results.
• Identify and propose at least five data-driven optimization opportunities per quarter.
• Build and maintain an automated CEO dashboard covering 95% of KPIs, updated daily, reducing manual review time by 15% per month.
• Deliver revenue forecasts within 5% of actual performance, and monthly cost-benefit analysis reports with ROI and recommendations on at least three major initiatives per month.

Required profile

• Ability to work in a start-up environment with CEOs and founders, and to build relationships across departments.
• Intellectual curiosity, analytical thinking and a great attitude.
• Communication expectations: Slack for internal and client communication, weekly team meetings and daily stand-ups with department leads.
