Remote Cybersecurity Analyst / Consultant

About the role

CybelAngel protects companies' data and critical assets by detecting and resolving threats before they materialise, using machine learning, cyber analysis expertise and a suite of software solutions. It is looking for proactive, committed people to join its global team of around 130 employees. After training provided by the company's teams, you will manage a portfolio of clients and handle alerts generated by the scanning algorithms.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage alerts detected by the algorithms across the scanned perimeters
• Eliminate false positives and identify confirmed threats for clients
• Analyse threats such as fraudulent domains, compromised credentials, vulnerable assets, code or data leaks
• Prepare incident reports
• Help clients make the best use of the solutions: discussing alerts, configuring keywords, tracking product adoption
• Take part in cross-functional projects: writing content for clients and the website, collaborating with the product team, and specific research on the dark web or other ad hoc services with the React team

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English; fluency in French, German, Arabic, Chinese or another language is a plus
• Bachelor's or master's degree
• Able to summarise complex information and write clearly, and to explain technical concepts simply and accessibly

• Fixed salary benchmarked against the local market, adjusted according to the hired profile

The recruitment process includes a 30-minute meeting with the Talent Acquisition Manager, a 30-minute meeting with a manager, and a 60-minute business case exercise with a manager and a senior consultant.
