Solution Architect (.NET) – Enterprise Integration & AI

About the role

We are looking for a senior Solution Architect with deep .NET expertise to design, lead and evolve enterprise integration and application architectures across cloud and distributed environments. The role blends hands‑on development, Azure cloud services, micro‑services, real‑time messaging and AI solution design.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and integration of enterprise IT systems to satisfy business and technical requirements.
• Define, review and continuously evolve solution architectures on .NET‑based platforms and services.
• Evaluate architectural options, constraints and risks, proposing mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and project teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable and aligned with business goals.
• Provide architectural guidance, mentor engineers and enforce best practices during implementation.
• Identify and communicate architecture‑related issues or dependencies affecting delivery or platform stability.
• Research emerging technologies, especially AI, and recommend enhancements.
• Design and integrate AI‑enabled features, including LLM‑based solutions, AI APIs, prompt‑based workflows and enterprise AI adoption patterns.
• Support technical decision‑making for distributed systems, streaming platforms and cloud‑native deployments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of full‑stack development and architecture using .NET technologies (C#.NET Core.NET Framework).
• At least 3 years in a lead, architect or coordinator role, with experience managing teams of 20+ engineers.
• Participation in 5+ full‑cycle projects or product launches.
• Strong background in RESTful API design, micro‑services, and Domain‑Driven Design.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure Cloud, Service Fabric and containerised application environments.
• Proven experience with real‑time streaming and messaging platforms such as Redis, ActiveMQ, Kafka and Elasticsearch.
• Mandatory AI experience: architecting and integrating LLMs, AI APIs and AI service orchestration into enterprise solutions.
