Project Manager, Web Development

About the role

Power Digital is seeking a Project Manager to lead web development projects, coordinating client relationships, internal pods, and ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, conducting regular meetings and gathering feedback.
• Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of web projects, collaborating with design and development teams.
• Communicate project status, updates, and recommendations clearly to clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate across the pod, partnering with Account Directors to assign tasks and manage resources.
• Manage a diverse client portfolio with $40K+ monthly recurring revenue or 10–25 clients per pod.
• Maintain at least 85% MRR retention and step in as Account Manager when needed.
• Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.
• Leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem for departmental efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of agency experience.
• 1–3 years managing website development and design projects.
• Extensive knowledge of web design and UX trends.
• Familiarity with WordPress and Shopify platforms.
• Basic understanding of Java, HTML, or PHP preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Experience working with teams of 10 or more.
